    • Shipping & Returns

    Goods may be returned for credit or exchange, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

    • They are of current design

    • They are in new, resalable condition, in original boxes

    • They are standard, stock items

    • Customer agrees that a 25% re-stocking charge may be incurred 

    • Goods must be returned within 30 days from date of issue

    Service/Repair Warranty is as follows:

    Goods may be returned for credit, repair or replacement for no charge, provided that they are under warranty and the problem is not customer caused.  

    This is to be determined by our technician or the manufacturer.

    All goods are to be shipped to Sandtron Automation Ltd. at the customer's expense.
